Unfortunately we do not offer returns for ‘change of mind’ purchases. We do of course offer returns for any goods that are faulty or arrive damaged.
Please contact the store upon receipt of faulty goods and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Where replacement stock is available- a replacement will be supplied. We will also refund you any expense incurred in relation to return postage costs.
Where replacement stock is not available- you will be issued with a full refund plus return postage costs.
You should expect to receive your refund or replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping cost will automatically be applied and displayed at check-out.
Domestic postage- we charge a flat fee of $15.00 (AUD) per order, with free postage on any order in the amount of $200.00 (AUD) or more.
In store pick-up is available- and is free of charge no matter order amount. Please contact store to check our opening hours, or to make an appointment for pick-up outside our regular trading hours.
International postage- we charge a flat fee of $40.00 (AUD) per order to anywhere in the world. Free international postage offered on orders in the amount of $500.00 (AUD) or more.
